£150k renovation contract up for grabs

A £150,000 contract is up for grabs, to assist in the renovation of a building earmarked to become the new home of the Consulate General of Italy, in Edinburgh.

According to a tender notice on the website of the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland, the building – which will also be home to the Edinburgh branch of the Italian Cultural Institute – is the subject of a tender for architectural, landscape and building design services.

The location is Edinburgh’s East London Street.

Says the RIAS, here: “Please note that this is the first step of a two-stages tender, and at this moment interested parties must submit administrative information only.”

The deadline is the 20th of next month.
