Broad, Paul – Appointed regional managing director for Glasgow at commercial real estate services firm, Avison Young. Reported here;

Gallacher, Stephen – Appointed associate director at civil and structural, mechanical and electrical, energy and sustainability consultancy, Harley Haddow. Reported here;

Gill, Matt – Appointed chief financial officer at building, infrastructure, engineering and fit-out company, Tilbury Douglas. Reported here;

Hinchcliffe, Sam – Appointed as technical director of architecture at Rocket Heritage & Archaeology. Reported here;

Manning, Karen – One of four lawyers at solicitors, Burness Paull, promoted to partner level at the firm. A specialist in construction law. The other three are: Louise Chambers (real estate), Stephen Farrell (dispute resolution) and Liam Young (pensions). Reported here;

Mitchell, Shona (pictured) – Appointed senior advisor (to support the delivery of strategic priorities) at housing association, Home in Scotland. Says Home in Scotland: “The former journalist was the policy lead at the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations for seven years before joining Home in Scotland this week.” Reported here;

Poobalasingam, Arun – One of two internal appointments to board level at the housing associations lender, The Housing Finance Corporation Limited. Appointed to a new role of funding and marketing director, having joined THFC in 2021, after several years at HSBC. Reported here;

Stevenson, Will – Appointed treasurer at the housing associations lender, The Housing Finance Corporation Limited. Succeeds Fenella Edge, who has also stepped down from the board. Reported here;

Stokes, David – The second of two internal appointments (the other being Arun Poobalasingam, above) to board level at the housing associations lender, The Housing Finance Corporation Limited. Has served as THFC’s ‘credit & risk’ director since 2012. Reported here; and

Taylor, Stuart – Appointed regional manager for Edinburgh at commercial real estate services firm, Avison Young. Reported here.
