SCOTLAND’S capital city, Edinburgh, has been named the top city in the world to visit – from the culture and entertainment media outlet, Time Out.
In a listing of 53 cities, Glasgow also ranked highly – coming in at No.4.
Says Time Out, here: “Edinburgh ranked highly in the Index across the board, coming top for both the number of residents who thought the city was beautiful (95 per cent) and those who deemed it walkable (93 per cent).”
At No.2 was the US city of Chicago, with the Colombian city of Medellín at No.3.
Following Glasgow at No.4 was Amsterdam, Prague, Marrakech and Berlin.
