A COHOUSING and co-operative housing group in Edinburgh has identified a possible site in the city to develop, and is seeking notes of interest from prospective residents.
Cohousing in Southern Scotland (CHOISS) is accepting expressions of interest, including a contribution towards the paying for upcoming design and legal fees.
The site, in the Harrison Gardens area of the city, is on good public transport routes.
The group – which was recently unsuccessful in securing from the local authority a former farmhouse in the Comiston area of the city – has been on the go since 2016, and operates to consensus/sociocracy decision-making.
Expressions of interest are required by January 8.
