Chartered surveyors announce their Scots winners

BUILDING projects in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Galashiels, Inverness and Stirling have been named winners of an annual awards competition, run by the Scots sector organisation for chartered surveyors.

The winners of the Scots section of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors’ Awards 2022 will go on to contest awards, UK-wide.

The winners were chosen across five categories.

They were:

* Heritage: Provost Skene’s House, Aberdeen;

* Commercial Development: Campus Central, University of Stirling, Stirling;

* Community Benefit: Merkinch Primary School and Family Centre, Merkinch, Inverness;

* Public Sector Project: The Great Tapestry of Scotland Gallery, Galashiels (pictured); and

* Residential Project: Canonmills Garden, Edinburgh.
