Survey of self-builders launched

MEMBERS of the general public who have built (or commissioned the building of) their own home are being invited to share their experiences.

The national, UK-wide organisation that campaigns on behalf of the self and custom-build community – the National Custom and Self-Build Association – has launched a survey, to develop a database to help inform the sector.

Says NaCSBA, here: “NaCSBA is working with government to make self or custom building easier in the UK, and collating information about what people are choosing and spending on is vital to this.

“The information gathered will be invaluable to NaCSBA, and will be fed into a report of the sector that’s free to members, available later this summer.”

The survey can be completed, here.
